Who we are

The international Institute of Projectiology and Conscientiology (IIPC) is an independent non-profit institution of research and education that stands out by the excellence of its scientific and pedagogic activities and also technical publications.

The sciences Projectiology (which studies the manifestation of the consciousness out of the body) and Conscientiology (which investigates the consciousness, the ego and the whole personality in an integrated way) were put forward in Brazil and they have been conquering international space and putting the consciousness into the scientific investigation.

Based on half century of research, the institution assists the society in educational, business and health areas. Its administrative structure, teaching and investigation area supported through volunteer work. On may 26th  of 1998. The IIPC was designated as a federal public utility; a title that it has maintained since it was granted in May of 1998.

The IIPC is today the biggest organization in the world of consciousness investigation. In Brazil actuates with Educational Centers of Self-Research in cities such as: Belo Horizonte ( Minas Gerais), Campo Grande ( Mato Grosso do Sul), Curitiba (Paraná), Florianópolis ( Santa Catarina), Foz do Iguaçu ( Paraná), Manaus ( Amazonas), Recife ( Pernambuco), Salvador ( Bahia) and São Paulo ( São Paulo).Besides the Educational Centers, there are  Technical  Educational Centers: IIPC Research Complex – Brasília (DF), international center of Excellence in Conscientiology;  CIEC IIPC in Porto Alegre ( Rio Grande do Sul ), and IIPC Campus in Rio de Janeiro  and Saquarema ( Rio de Janeiro). The IIPC administrative office is located in Foz do Iguassu City (Paraná). The IIPC activities are also offered in approximately  60 Extension centers –cities which do not have administrative offices.

The IIPC has also International Educational Centers of Self-Research in Buenos Aires (Argentina) and Montevideo (Uruguay) - base year 2006
The investigations and the activities offered by the institute have as main goal the scientific investigation of the consciousness manifestation, out-of-body experience (OBE), near- death experience (NDE) and other parapsychic phenomena.
